Our founder has owned and operated several businesses and bought out or sold many more. He has had the first-hand experience, and it will show during the first walk-through through identifying the assets, some of which others won’t even notice.
Online Auctions
Our online auctions bring more buyers than any other method, which drives competition and higher prices. Prices will be competitively driven higher and higher, as opposed to putting a price on it and having someone trying to haggle you down lower and lower as the sale goes on for days. Also, the process of bidding on items is out in open and open to the public; nothing is hidden from the seller either.
The seller can determine the date it starts and the date and time it ends, so you know when the items will sell. In many communities, the HOA may not allow live auctions due to limited parking and the disturbance to other residents it sometimes causes. Online auctions will ease the disturbance to the neighbors while helping achieve higher prices. Our online auctions are very manageable, safe, easy to participate in, and easy for the seller to track the results in real-time.
Real Estate
Our founder is a Real Estate Broker, besides being a Principal Auctioneer, which gives us a different perspective on the matter.
With Real Estate, we will evaluate the property (residential, commercial, or agricultural-farm land) and provide you with options. For instance, if it’s just your average residential home & lot, we can list it using traditional Realtor methods.
Now, if it’s unique (to both extremes), maybe you suspect it’s worth more than your offers, maybe on the other extreme, it has issues, let’s sell it at auction.
